Doing This One Thing With Your Partner Can Help You Sleep


There are all kinds of studies out there telling you how to get a better nights sleep... and this is one I can say for sure works for me.

CUDDLING.

Yep, according to this study in the journal Frontiers in Psychiatry it says that snuggling up to your partner actually helps you to get a deeper sleep and even help you sleep longer!

In the study Dr. Henning Drews says;

"One could say that while your body is a bit unrulier when sleeping with somebody, your brain is not... sleeping with a partner might actually give you an extra boost regarding your mental health, your memory, and creative problem-solving skills."
