Tenille Townes Knew She Wanted To Be An Artist After Shania Twain Concert

Canadian-born Tenille Townes is a unique artist newly gracing the Nashville scene. Part of Bobby Bones Show's Class of 2019 artists, Townes is currently working on her debut LP while already taking the country music world by storm with her single "Somebody's Daughter."

Townes stopped by The Bobby Bones Show for a big surprise. Bobby Bones shared that she was iHeartCountry's 'On The Verge' artist, getting incredible airtime on radio stations across the country to shoot her to the top of the genre. A spot recently occupied by Luke Combs, Mitchell Tenpenny and Morgan Evans in 2018.

While singing was a passion of Townes forever, it wasn't until she sang on stage with Shania Twain at her first concert that she decided to pursue a music career for the rest of her life. Twain wanted to bring a fan on stage to sing with her, that fan just happened to be Townes. A moment that changed Townes life for the better.
