No matter how many rules you make about something, and how hard you enforce it, there will always be someone pushing the limits. In this case, it was funny AND captured on video! A guy in Texas walked his massive longhorn steer into a Petco to test their "any pet on a leash" policy, and it worked. They were welcomed into the store . . . and employees even let the customers pet the steer and pose for pics.
