Health experts are constantly trying to figure out how to help people eat better in order to slow down the obesity epidemic.
Recently, instead of preaching that you should be eating more vegetables and drinking more water, a health expert named Emily Field suggested that you should order two hamburgers. No joke.
She points out that ordering two hamburgers is healthier than ordering one hamburger with a side of fries.
By skipping the fries and doubling down on the burgers, you get more protein and less carbs.
Because of this, you enjoy more sustained energy – and you end up not getting hungry as quickly.
To be clear … Emily suggests ordering regular hamburgers. Not giant third-pounders with bacon, cheese and chili.
