Pregnant Country Star Hannah Ellis Shares Gender Reveal For Baby No. 1

Hannah Ellis shared the gender reveal for Baby No. 1.

Ellis and her husband, fellow singer-songwriter Nick Wayne, announced last month that they’d “been keeping a secret,” as Ellis debuted her growing baby bump for the first time.

On Tuesday morning (July 8), the parents-to-be posted photos and a video from a recent gender reveal celebration with family and friends. Wayne took a swing at a golf ball that would burst into a cloud of either blue or pink dust. Ellis deemed it the “biggest shot of your life,” she wrote in her caption as she posted the moment on Instagram. Watch the moment below.

The couple’s family cheered, and the gender reveal video quickly garnered comments from others in the Nashville music community, including Maddie & Tae’s Taylor Kerr, Josh Kerr, RaeLynn, Laci Kaye Booth, Lucie Silvas and more. Ellis and Wayne — who tied the knot in May 2021 after more than seven years of dating — are some of the latest artists to announce a baby on the way in 2025.
