HARDY and his wife, Caleigh Ryan, celebrated their first wedding anniversary, and the the mockingbird & THE CROW star marked the occasion by sharing the first photo they took together. Ryan posted a series of photos from the couple’s stunning wedding day, writing in her caption on Instagram: “There ain’t no ‘I’ in country, but there’s a Y-O-U.”
HARDY and Ryan tis the knot on October 30, 2022, at a breathtaking venue in Nashville, Tennessee. Hundreds of guests attended the wedding, including Dierks Bentley, Brantley Gilbert, Lauren Alaina, RaeLynn, ERNEST, Morgan Wallen and Mitchell Tenpenny. Ryan previously told PEOPLE that “once we [she and HARDY] met each other, there really was no one else. We never entertained anyone else. It was just so easy.”
HARDY told the sweet story of how he popped the question ahead of the 14th Annual ACM Honors in August 2021. With permission from Ryan’s father, HARDY bought the engagement ring and started planning. Months later, he pretended to be playing a private gig at The Lyric, a historic venue in Oxford, Mississippi, where he and Ryan met about four years earlier. HARDY announced his engagement with a photo on Instagram, writing that he was “not her boyfriend anymore ❤️”
